Veneer splices

The company Dar-Dýha, s.r.o. has also been operating in the veneer production business in longer term. We possess first-class state-of-the-art equipment allowing us to meet a wide spectrum of demanding requirements while keeping competitive strength of a resulting product. We produce veneer splices by cross splicing up to the length of 3,400mm. In addition, we are able to deliver veneers for manufacture and, as required, arrange complete joining, including an option of detailed joining to maintain integral appearance of the final product.

Cross splicing up to the length of 3400 mm

Cross splicing on the Fisher+Rückle veneer splicer up to the length of 3400 mm with automatic stacking of veneers. We use the equipment to the advantage for manufacture of large series and large-scale veneer splices.

Longitudinal splicing up to 2.5mm thick

We use longitudinal glued splice joints made on the Omnimaster machine mainly for the production of composite veneer splices and intarsias, or for orders with many various dimensions.
